Regulatory & legal disclosures
Vastel operates in partnership with licensed financial institutions across CEMAC. This page is updated whenever our licensing posture changes.
Cameroonian société à responsabilité limitée. RCCM: RC/YAO/2024/B/00742. Tax ID (NIU): P018412345678X. Headquartered at Rue 1839, Bastos, Yaoundé, Cameroon.
Vastel processes Mobile Money via licensed aggregators directly integrated with MTN MoMo and Orange Money across Cameroon, Gabon, Chad, Equatorial Guinea, the Central African Republic and the Republic of Congo.
Virtual Visa and Mastercard cards are issued by our BIN-sponsor partner — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified institution, principal member of both Visa and Mastercard networks, and a regulated EMI in its home jurisdiction.
Crypto liquidity is provided by licensed Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) registered in Estonia and Lithuania. Vastel is non-custodial — we never hold customer crypto, even briefly.
Vastel applies a risk-based AML/CTF programme aligned with CEMAC GABAC standards. We screen every customer against UN, OFAC and EU sanctions lists and apply enhanced due diligence above country-specific thresholds.
ZIDITEC SARL is a registered data controller with the Cameroonian National Agency for Information and Communication Technologies (ANTIC), reference DCP/2024/0817.
